Seven operator views. Audit trails, policy enforcement, runtime monitoring, air-gap verification, and trust manifold status - all in one console. No data leaves your hardware.
The Lamprey MAI Compliance Dashboard is an operator console that ships with every Island Mountain server. It reads live data from the MAI compliance and trust APIs - the dashboard itself stores nothing. What you see below is an interactive preview showing the seven views your compliance team will use to monitor, audit, and enforce policy on your local AI infrastructure.
Core views (Overview, Audit, Reports, Alerts, Health) are functional in the current build. The Monitoring and Policy views are in active development, with additional panels and industry-specific templates expanding through Q3 2026.

Audit chain integrity is cryptographically verified on each read. Tamper-evident by design.
Search controls are disabled in this preview. The live dashboard queries the MAI audit API in real time.

Reports are generated server-side via the MAI compliance API. Output formats include JSON, HTML, CSV, and plain text.
| ID | Type | Status | Format | Tenant |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| rpt-0024 | System Activity | complete | JSON | - |
| rpt-0023 | Compliance Summary | complete | HTML | radiology |
| rpt-0022 | Audit Trail Export | pending | CSV | - |
| rpt-0021 | Policy Snapshot | complete | JSON | legal-ops |
| rpt-0020 | System Activity | failed | HTML | research |
Policy templates configure compliance modules for industry-specific regulatory requirements. Healthcare enables HIPAA audit controls. Defense activates ITAR/CMMC data residency enforcement. Tribal Government applies OCAP data sovereignty rules. Additional templates are in development for financial services and energy/utilities sectors.
| Module | State | Priority | Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| audit_trail | on | 1 | |
| data_residency | on | 2 | |
| access_control | on | 3 | |
| model_provenance | on | 4 | |
| encryption_at_rest | on | 5 | |
| network_isolation | on | 6 | |
| telemetry_block | on | 7 | |
| external_api_gate | off | - |
Module toggles require admin authentication via the MAI API. Each toggle generates an audit log entry.
Real-time event stream via Server-Sent Events (SSE). The dashboard subscribes to the MAI compliance feed endpoint and renders events as they arrive. No polling, no state - pure push.
| Event Type | Severity | Description |
|---|---|---|
| decision_made | info | A compliance decision was evaluated and recorded. Normal operational flow. |
| policy_changed | info | A compliance module was toggled or a policy template was applied. |
| module_state_changed | warning | A compliance module changed state unexpectedly. May indicate configuration drift. |
| violation_detected | critical | A compliance rule was violated. Requires immediate operator review. |
| Time | Event | Severity | Detail |
|---|---|---|---|
| 09:14:02 | decision_made | info | allow - radiology - audit_trail, access_control |
| 09:12:41 | decision_made | info | deny - external-api - external_api_gate, network_isolation |
| 09:08:55 | decision_made | info | deny - research - telemetry_block |
| 08:45:12 | policy_changed | info | Healthcare template applied by admin |
| 08:22:07 | module_state_changed | warning | external_api_gate toggled off - verify intentional |

Monitoring panels read live data from MAI health, scheduler, power, trust, and Prometheus endpoints. The six-panel layout mirrors the operator console exactly. Additional panels for GPU temperature and inference latency histograms are in development.
The /health endpoint returns a machine-readable compliance status snapshot. Integration tools, monitoring systems, and automated alerting consume this endpoint directly.
This is the same JSON structure returned by the live MAI compliance health endpoint. Fields map directly to the Overview and Trust panels.
Tamper-evident audit trails. Every compliance decision - allow, deny, or flag - is recorded with cryptographic verification. The audit chain is append-only and verifiable on every read. Search by module, decision type, tenant, or time range.
Industry-specific policy templates. Apply pre-configured compliance profiles for healthcare (HIPAA audit controls), defense (ITAR/CMMC data residency), or tribal government (OCAP data sovereignty). Each template activates the right modules at the right priority. Financial services and energy/utilities templates are in development.
Air-gap verification. The monitoring console confirms your server's network isolation status in real time. Power state, connectivity posture, cloud route blocking, and local-only enforcement are all visible in a single panel. If your air gap breaks, the dashboard shows it before anything leaks.
Stateless architecture. The dashboard stores nothing locally. It reads from the MAI compliance and trust APIs on every page load. This means your compliance data has exactly one source of truth: the server itself. No sync issues, no stale caches, no data living where it shouldn't.
Prometheus-compatible metrics. Fourteen metric families are exposed for integration with existing monitoring infrastructure. GPU utilization, inference latency, scheduler queue depth, compliance decision counts, and trust claim status are all available as standard Prometheus exposition format.
The compliance dashboard ships pre-installed on every Summit Series server. Request a quote and we will walk you through a live demonstration on production hardware.
